Jayme Robertson serves as the Director of School Nutrition for Elkin City Schools. Mrs. Robertson earned a Bachelor of Science degree followed by a Master of Science degree at Appalachian State University. She is a Registered Dietitian and currently serve as an active member on the North Carolina Farm to School Board.

Mrs. Robertson feels that Elkin City Schools School Nutrition Department is committed to providing nutritious, appealing meals that meet the federal nutrition requirements. As studies have proven, good nutrition and learning go hand in hand! She is passionate about educating students on the importance of nutrition and are committed to providing resources for the classroom to enhance the school breakfast and lunch experience for our students. 

"I enjoy spending time with my husband, Caleb, my daughter Hallie, my son Jack and my fur baby Dudley. I also enjoy eating at different local restaurants, a good DIY project, and vacationing at the beach or mountains." says Robertson.
